first source vantage called me asking for someone i used to know. they rude and fast talking with bad English when i asked was this person listed as living in my house, they avoiding me. they said it was a personal business matter. when i asked the question again, they kept avoiding it. they seem very shifty.

Hello, i have a few payday loans that i have been paying on for some time. Every two weeks my account is debited the finance fees as i have been unable to payoff full amount because they all hit my account on same day. What are my best options to resolve this issue. I know that i have paid more in fees than original loan was worth. Please help with any advice.

I am not sure why I don't understand.. but can someone tell me how to do this? When I click on Cash in DTCC Points - it just tells me down for maintenance. and when I click on check under my name in post then I get a thing to move points to savings. Just not sure what I am supposed to do when I want to redeem points. I can only get to I can't just click on my page at the top of the page by log in - it tells me I can't be found. I did a cash advance and i missed payment and i was contacted by amscot they gabe me another date to pay it but im still short on fumds. Can they take legal matters on this. And can i get another pay date

I sent these people a Debt Validation letter they sent the same information to me that they had on the original request. And they did not answer me in the 30 day time period also they did not provide proof of anything regarding the debt as described in my request. Now what do I do? I also know for a fact that this debt is way beyond the statute of limitaions in my state of Florida. I do not want to give them any opportunity to say that I have reaged the debt even though they cannot even prove that said debt is in fact mine as they have no legal records.

There are a few concerns i have about this, since within the past week i had my identity compromised and have gone through the process of protecting and covering myself..I know my issue started when i took out a pay day loan and currently have a couple loans out, one being with United cash loans and am scheduled to pay back $390 on Oct 26 2012, paying it in full.

I have a payday lender that has cancelled my debt and has agreed to offer me payment for my overpayment. They sent me a simple agreement to sign stating what they would pay and when. One condition in the agreement mentions that their local law applies for the repayment. Is this anything that I should be concerned about. Based on what I have learned in the forum I know not to deposit any check into my account letting them know my new account number. Any help offered on my next step is appreciated.
