Hi I have a questions I live in Texas and received a PDL they have threatened to garnish all my money from a different checking account can they do this?

Are they a legit company? They are currently calling my job to collect on a debt I'm paying with another company

Hi Group, Hope some one can help, I have a $11,000 student loan that is in default, this month I started to Rehab the loan I sent my first payment so I called Allied interstate who holds my loan. They told me that I have to sign a Document that says I have to pay 10 payments, NOT 9 of $115.00 a month, 3 them 3 names of My family or friends as a reference so if I don’t stick to this payment and drop out of site and never Call them back they will call and harass them About why.

I had a vehicle repossessed approx. 5 years ago. The debt was sold to a collection agency called Action Management. They got a judgment against me and I had been letting them debit my account for the last 4 years or so for a monthly payment. I found out that the debt has been sold to another collection agency called Remit Corp. How does this work the original judgment was in the name of Action Management. The new company bought the debt, did they purchase the judgment so to speak? Does the judgement transfer from one company to another?

I got a call from CashNet USA this morning regarding a payment of 51.73 that didn't go through because I closed my account. They said if I don't pay the 51.73 that the calls will continue and that I also have 251.73 to pay. The 51.73 is the rollover fee. I didn't request a rollover. Is there anything I can say or do? I also asked for a physical mailing address and they said they don't do that, so they emailed me the Western Union info. I have 2 IPDL's should I pay something on each of them at the same time, or pay off one and then tackle the other?

Finally sent me an email after recieving my letters, i assume. The problem is that they are asking for 300 which is the amount that i borrowed but i have already paid them 270. So I sent back that and told them that legally I am only supposed to pay 16.10 per hundred dollar, so with the fees I came up with 78.30, is that right? I live in DC btw

I had a PDL with CashNetUsa which I have been trying to settle with no luck. But who is NetCash. I got a call yesterday at work from Asset something or other trying to collect for NetCash. That name is not on my list of PDLs that I had. I got another call today at work from the same people after I told them I can't take calls at work. Because one was my direct line and the other the switch board she seemed to think that was OK. Then they she said they were marking me "refused to pay." I said I was simply exercizing my rights!
