I have both credit card and payday loan debit and can not keep up with it. I need to know if there is a way to consolidate them all into one payment.

First of all I would like to introduce myself. I am an Indian by nationality, working and living with my family in Saudi Arabia. Hi About a week ago I got a letter from MCM stating that I owe them $387.23 for a debt that they bought from MCI Communications. I have never had an account with MCI. I called and left them a message telling this but they never got back to me. What should I do? Thanks, J

I have a payday loan with BestPaydayLoan.com. All I have for them (and all they gave me)is a PO Box for their address. I need their physical address in order to complain to the BBB about them. I can't do it with just a PO Box. Does anyone know their address???? Your help would be appreciated.

Ok so I got 2 1/2 store fronts paid last pay day. YEAH!! But I still have Payday1, Cashnet and cash call to deal with. Cash Call is relentless and I'm only 10 days past due! PayDay1, is being very quite they called a lot last week, but I've not heard from them in a couple of days. Cashnet is due on the 30th. So what do I do? I'm afraid if I don't answer they might call my references, which would be very BAD, but when I do answer we don't ever get anywhere. The frustration is coming back. I felt pretty good on Friday being able to pay the store fronts, but now I'm stuck!

Got a call from Portfolio Recovery about a 6 year old debt (I live in California 4 yr SOL) they said that they will pull my credit report every 9 months until I pay the debt. If they are legally unable to collect how can they legally pull a copy of my report? She said the pull would also effect my score. Could be considered a considered a collection action? i am sending out the Validation Letter tomorrow. Thanks
