living in WI. 2 Many PDLs out. NSF has got me in a sit that I see no end. HELP!!!

I sent two validations out USPS Certified Mail on October 22nd. Both signed for them within a couple of days. The 30 day mark has passed, so what's my next stop? One was to Co-operative Adjustment Bureau, Inc. and one was sent to ProCollect. I haven't received any sort of acknowledgment's or anything in the mail. The one I sent to ProCollect was a little different, because I was told over the phone in January 2006 of what I owed for this specific debt but I never received anything in writing.

Which one of the two will be a little easier on my credit? By doing either one of these is it going to destroy my credit for years to come?

Wow, I've been away for quite some time unfortunately. Anyways I have a happy story. I get my mail yesterday and there is a letter from the Florida Attorney General's office along with a check for $200.00 made out to me. Months back I complained to the Florida AG because of harassing phone calls to me, my wife and parents from these clowns. They used the usual go to jail, etc. etc. etc. I didn't even owe on this debt, but that didn't stop them. The letter stated that Allen Lewis had settled with the Florida AG because of these complaints and this was my part of the settlement.

I currently have the following internet payday loans outstanding: One Click Cash - $300 - I pay the $90 renewal/finance charge each paycheck ameriloan - I have been paying this one down each check by $50.00 plus the renewal charge - I think I now owe probably $150.00 on principal plus the finance charge Impact Cash - I owe one last payment of $50.00 plus the finance charge Usa Cash Services - $500.00 = $75.00 in finance charge will be in default on the 28th of this month. CashnetUSA - in default I owe $575.00 plus a returned check fee - I think the total is $600.00 that I owe.

My car broke down recently and now I'm caught in the payday loan trap. I currently have 5 payday loans with the following online companies: Cashnetusa.com, unitedcashloans, oneclickcash, paychecktoday, and B.I.G. limited. I don't know what to do anymore, with the high price of these loans I am struggling just to pay these fees and my regular house bills. I have to keep renewing the loans and paying the fees then when one is due I end up having to take out another loan just to make it through.

When the renewal periods are over and they have to be paid then I end up having to take out another loan just to make it through. I've tried talking to the companies to see if there were any other options for me, but there are none.

I have four pdl that are in default. I have notified my state banking department and was told none of them are licensed in my state. The issue is that this was in August and have heard nothing. None of them are calling me accept one. I am scared what to do. What if I owe them all this money. I did close my account with suggestions. Do not understand why not hearing anything from banking department. Sorry if this is confusing.
