Has anybody heard of these people ,if so our they a collection agency.

I just learned that I have to outstanding checks through telecheck. One is dated January 2001 and one is dated February 2001. Telecheck had all of zero information except that they were to a company called "Hagan's Inc" and they were for "auto service". She said the number she has is probably not any good (it wasn't). How can I find out what these are for and if I wait a few months for SOL, will they still list me for these checks even though they can't collect?

I have 5 payday loans. I notified them that I wouldn't be able to pay, I need other alternatives. But they are still taking the money out of my checking account, which is now 4oo overdrawn all returned check fees. Any advice

Can anyone help me out with MTE financial i took aout a loan with them in august and a collection agency by the name of PDM(phoenix debt management took over the account. when I called PDM they said that my loan is with quickencash or quichcash which never deposited money into my account at all since Ive already paid back $345.00 on a $300 loan do i still have to pay what they are asking for $480? when I sent a letter to the BBB this is the response I got back from MTE. Mr. Wade, We have reviewed gobet12 rebuttal to our initial response.

This is a possible good pick. I applied online and was given an account number for both savings and checking. I believe they pulled Experian. I am not sure about Chexsystems. The website is nuvisionfinancial.org and you can qualify for membership through American Consumer Council. I haven't called them to see if they pull Chex later, but I was approved right away and I am on Chexsystem for sure.

i had terrible credit and many charge offs and a lot of debt. starting last november, i started to clean up my credit. over the past year, i have either paid off or settled all 7 charge offs and am currently paying down my last two debts which are current (this should be paid within the next 10 months so im not concerned so much) last year i had 21k in debt, i went from 21 to 9k. my credit score, although it still bad,has gone up 60 points. now that i've paid all the charge off's and the accounts are closed what happens now?
