Hi everyone. Has anyone ever dealt with Checkmax or Quickcash storefronts? I'm just wondering what their collection techniques are. My friend just started with T&C. She is afraid that those two won't accept the arrangements. Any suggestions?

I have 13 store front payday loans. I am trying to make payments but for ACE cash express I cannot make any payments. I froze my bank account in Oct. and my check for $460 returned to them “account closed.” I have set up several arrangements with them but missed them all. They said now if I dont pay them the full amount by Nov. 30 then it goes to legal and they may pursue criminal actions. What should I do will I go to jail. I thought this was just a civil matter? I am really scared now

Westbury Ventures has debited my account 4 times and I have had to close my account twice, also fill out 4 disputes with the bank. How can I stop this from happening?

I have had the unfortunate experience of having this company Cashnet (not to be confused with CashnetUSA)take money out of my checking account and cannot get them to give me the address for my attorney to send them paperwork. Everytime i call and ask for it they hang up on me. All I have is a phone and fax number. Anyone have an address for them???

I just spoke with Christina from SSM and she told me that she got a call this morning from the "lender" and they have marked my account PAID IN FULL! I'm so happy right now. I was my only PDL I had and it's the last one I will ever have. I want to thank everyone here who helped me through this process. I have now made it my goal to help others. I'm in moral debt to you all. I have some small questions...................shoud I still close my account at the bank? Should I contact my bank about the new news? Thank you all again.

has anyone had any luck filing with the Nevada Consumer Affairs Division...the BBB said I could try filing with them since they did not get an answer from a pdl that is located in Nevada. They have a pretty standard complaint form.

I got an email from PayDayOk, but I am not sure of exactly what it means. Can someone give me their opinion about what they think this email means? Here is the email I got: Quote:
