In an effort to pay off a payday loan, I decided to send the company what I could when I could. They told me that they would send this payments back to me if I did that. How is something like that handled if they return my payments?

U would know the road we need to travel is closed because of a well blow out! I've considered just cancelling the trip since it will take us 2 times as long now to get there with I-10 closed but i really really need some R & R! So guess we'll just go with the flow and not stress and when we get there we get there. A normal 3 1/2 hour trip may take 5 or 6 now.... What terrible timing! credit card debt is a very big problem that is being faced by a lot of people who have been irresponsible and undisciplined in the use of their credit card. Is there hope out there? I have 5 Store Front PDL's. They are Dollar Loan Center $1500, Quality Lenders $600, Mount Rushmore Loan Center (Cash Advance) $600, Check N Go $600, & Direct Check $600. I repay them each month (The $600 ones) and then reborrow. I basically pay $400 to keep the loans the same each month. I am a single mother who is barely, well, not getting by.
