I have legal payday loans that I need to get rid of. I tried to default on them but they were re-debited from my account successfully. I had some illegal loans and I sent the letters from this forum and they gave me a paid in full. Now I need to deal with the legal lenders here in Texas. Please give me some advice on letters, etc that I can send to get these cleared up as well. Thanks

What happens if you default on a payday loan if you live in Arkansas ( Bentonville ). I currently have two payday loans. One for $300.00 to Advance Me Today and the other is for $400.00 with United Cash Loans. I lost my job and be unable to make payments and had to close my bank account due to not having any income. Hello, My name is Bob and I live on Ling Island in NY. I know PDL's are illegal in NY, but i needed the loan to pay my daughters college tuition. I have a loan with ZIP19, it was only for $300 and I have to repay $359.94. I missed the payment last week because of my stupidity. I called them and they could not undo the ACH transfer in time. Here is my question. They are willing to wave the 2 fees regarding the returned payment if I send them the money by Moneygram tomorrow. Is moneygram safe? I wanted to mail them a certified bank check but they said they could not accept it.

Question: I have been unemployed for also four years, not because I do not want to work, but because I cannot find a job. I have a BA in Education, my MS in Social & Community Services and pursuing my PhD. I decided to gain more education in the 4 years I was unemployed. I was unable and still is unable to pay my bills, my house is in foreclosure and I am stressed. I received a letter from the Sheriff Office in my city from Asset talking about garnishing my wages which I do not have.

I had a court date over 5 years ago with Midland and payments was made. after getting monthly statements and making payments for 2 years from Midland I received a letter that judgement was settled and Midland stop sending monthly statements but after recently checking my credit report Midland is still showing a judgement on my report. I have Lexington law helping with this matter is there anything else I can do
