I have 3 internet payday loans and 3 storefront payday loans. I have checked and can find people who can help with the internet loans but was told nobody can help with storefront loans. I was paying 296.00 every two weeks on the largest loan. I defaulted on all of them on Nov 17th. There is noway I can pay the largest loan in one payment.Does anyone know how long it will take them to file charges against me on store front loans. I was told by one couselor that I would be charged with check fraud. I can't afford to loose my job. I live in Texas

Does anyone have a link or an example of a letter to a law firm/collection agency for a demand of Production of Documents? I posted about this situation earlier- The CA has not responded to the DV letter I sent in October and has filed a motion to strike my affirmative defenses of the lack of documentation/proof and the SOL has expired if it is my debt.

I check my credit report when I can and I have a few questions. Last time I checked, none of my accounts had a last date of payment on them and many had double or triple entries due to collection agencies buying the account. I disputed everything online (15 entries) and got my credit report again today (about 30 days later) and now I only have 5 entries--three have last date of payments and two do not.

i tried to contact capital one for a old account that i am in process of being sued for and in every attempt to talk to them i get transfered to trak america? i have spoke to real people at capital one but they say hold on the line transfer you to a account rep i get trak america??? i also asked attorney for validation of debt and he sent photo copies of billing statements ,a old pre approval application that states they will check credit and employment is that not just a credit application or am i wrong?
