Ok, here is my story......I live in PA and I have gotten myself into trouble with IPDL's......I have 4 of them, actually 5 one being advance america (storefront.....but have no problems with them since I only have to now pay only $20 a month towards the $500 i got) It has come to the point where I can not make all of these payments (as the only income I have is I get SSI for 2 of my kids)My hubby works, but I did not use his income for these loans.

I am sick and tired of people coming to this forum crying out pay your bills, you are debtor scum, thieves, felons, funky watermelons. I think there should be a way to blacklist these @$$*****. If a person wants to go to a forum to say something and participate in conversation, ok (even if nobody likes what they have to say, as long as it's constructive and/or intelligent) These people who come on here just to call people names and pick fights need to be given the boot; blacklist em and tell em there's the door, don't let it hit ya where the good lord split ya.

People are telling me to consolodate all of my bills and that if i only have one payment plus my monthly utility bills that I will save money. Is this true?

I am in major credit card dept. Around a year ago I recieved a settlement from a major accident that I was in a few years ago. I was also working a job that was paying at a decent wage. I decided to get a couple credit cards and make purchases on them then pay them off every month in order to help build my credit. A few months into my wife's pregancy she started to have some heart complications. These complications became worse after delivery forcing me to stay home and that in turn lost me my job.

Why? i try to get logged on and you stated i am not registered. so why did northway take monies out of my account? do i need to file a police report?

After a disputed item comes back "verified" from the credit bureaus, what can I send to ask for a detailed dessciption of the investigation?

I have been in correspondance with Payday One and the last email I sent stated that they were not following the laws of my state (Louisiana). They sent me a "snappy" email back stating that I had to follow the GOVERNING LAWS of Delaware (yes, they used caps in the email). So does anyone have any advice on how I should repond to this?

I posted this on another thread in the collection agencies forum, but wasn't sure which forum is most appropriate... I had an outstanding balance on a car loan with company "XYZ" for roughly $2,000 in penalties, which I disputed and refused to pay for almost a year (after having finished all monthly payments). A year ago, I was in fix-my-credit-report mode - and decided to address this balance. Unfortunately, "XYZ" outsourced the account to West Ass-hat Mgmt and said I could only deal with them.

Hi can any on help me out here again? I have 6 internet payday loans. I'm from NY I would love for anyone to send me information and letters on how do I go about stopping the PD L's from debiting my account. My account cannot be closed yet due to a negative balance.

I previously lived in a small 2 bedroom apartment. I always pay bills ontime. I received a bill in January for $93.03 which I paid. I received a bill in Feb for $28.08 which I paid. I then received a bill for March for $3.95, which I paid. I didn't receive anymore bills for this property and bought a large 4-bedroom house May 1st. I told Nicor that I was moving and to transfer account. I called in June/July/August saying I never received a bill. They said that usage was so minimal that it wasn't necessary to receive a bill and they would send the first in fall.
