I had a message on my phone, I was away from my desk and it was the Manager from USA Payday. He of course sounded very harsh and mean, told me to call him back asap. I have sent them letters. Originally I had agreed to pay back principle that was borrowed, but the woman I spoke with still took charged me the $90 fee and the payback principle payment of $100, so when i closed my account these all got sent back. I decided at that point they were not playing fair and I did not want them to have access to my account any more. So now I am sure they are really mad. Any suggestions?

Hello, Has anyone ever dealt with this company ? I put a hard debit block on my account and of course their payment bounced back to them. I sent them a letter revoking everything since they were illegal and I had already overpaid the loan. Does I-Collect as a 3rd party collection agency have any ground to stand on ? United legal called me and I explained to them I was laid off of my job and can not pay them at the moment they said they have issued an arrest warrant out for me for internet fraud. I am frightened I just cant pay them now but I do not want to get arrested any advice

I went to a hearing on Oct 12 and the lawyer for the CA did not have any evidence to prove the debt was mine. I was granted "discovery" from the judge, and a trial date was set. I sent the CA a validation letter Oct 29th. They did not respond. My trial is Nov 30th. Am I missing something here? I filed an aswer denying their complaint and my affirmative defenses included the sol expired and they never validated the debt, or have any proof or gave me an detailed leger of how they came up w/ the balance due.

I've decided to sign with T & C. I've read all the posts and it seems that it would be best to go with them to show effort if any of my PDLS take me to court. I have 2 that are known for that, Express PRA and CheckSmart. I hope to get my fee paid to them next Friday. I also have a credit card with capital one and a larger medical bill, I think I'll include those too. I just want this to be over. Does anyone happen to know how T & C comes up with the amount you pay to each creditor?
