For a variety of reasons, I've managed to rack up an insurmountable amount of biweekly payments that I'm not able to keep up with any longer. All of the payments that I had due last week are now hitting my bank and costing me alot of money in OD fees. Here are the loans and how much I owe. Any help or advice would be great. I'm considering closing the checking account and have already canceled my direct deposit.

Is cash call legal in Fl??? I need help Cash Call is awful how do I handle them?

We have a Check n Go loan of $2500. The interest is 800% or some such horror. The advice here on your site is from 2007 stating we should call our bank to revoke the ACH authorization. Then deal with a collections agency, setting up a payment arrangement. BUT, according to the loan shark at Check n Go, they do NOT renegotiate loans, or reduce the interest rate. What should we do? I live in another town in mississippi and my mom lives about an hour from me. My sister said she recieved a call today. They asked if I was there or if she was me and she said No. The person then preceded to say, a civil summons was going to be delievered tommorrow for me. I have not received any debt validation letters from anyone. I have been getting these stupid calls for years. I do not owe any payday loans anymore. Do people call you and tell you that. Once she said she was not me, Why would they release that type of info about a summons, I do not even live in that area anymore.

PDLs unfortunately ARE legal in my state of SC. I have a debt settlement program Persels & Associates dealing with other debts. I am tempted to put the 2 PDLs that have mailing USA addresses onto my plan as well. As for the 3 other ones..I'm unsure what to do. I been reading on the forum to firstly close my account and make a new account.

I live in Montana and currently have 4 payday loans: -Kenwood Services (online loan)- original loan $250/have paid $900 -One Click Cash (online loan)- original loan $300/have paid $910 (this loan will be paid off in one more payment of $65) -Vandelier Group (online loan)- original loan $250/have paid $600 -MobiLoans (online loan)- have borrowed a total of $640 and have paid $666 Are these loans legal in Montana? I plan on closing my bank account before my next payday, is this legal? How should I proceed?
