I am trying to find a solution to get out of debt I have about $1500-2000 in payday loans, i get harrasing and threatning phone calls at work they ran my bank account up to $900 in fees in less tha 2 weeks time what can i do?

I am handling an estate and would like to know what classifies as a class one debt vs. a class two debt? More directly how does the funeral bill get paid if there are no assests to sell? The only money due to come in is a car insurance payout, can this bill be paid over credit cards and IRS debt?

I have neglected a negative item on my credit report because I was not sure how to address it. Back in 2000 (roughly), I owed about $350 for state income tax (New York). I was waiting to get some kind of statement, but I only received a copy of a judgement. My question is, shouldn't I have received something before a judgement? A summons or something? It was a long time ago, so I don't remember what, if anything, I received. I don't know why I never addressed the issue before, but now that my negative debt is cleared/paid, I wonder if there is anything I can do about it.
