what is the statue of limitations

I've been dealing with them for a few months. I thought they were an 'answer', to an issue I was having. They took over my Cash Call loan. When I FIRST spoke to them, they said they were a CA. NOW they say they are NOT a CA, buT, some kind of firm. I had to re-arrange a payment arrangement with them. They said, " because I did that, I defaulted with them." I don't get it. They ALSO said something about a " legal team" in their company....also about garnishments, etc. "Maybe making a settlement." Good grief!! I've got nothing from their 'legal' department.

My daughter has had a sheriff come out to the door wanting me to sign so she can be served or summons to court on her debt.I refuse to sign because she doesn't live here and I honestly don't know where she is.Now I do know she was suppose to be in court not to long ago I don't know what the court decided to do since she was not there now I am getting phone calls 12 times a day from different collectors and they are also threating to turn her over to a attoney or court action.She want show up to none of the court hearings because they can not find her so what happens now.First the license she h

hi, i am about to settle a credit card account on my own with bank of america for 70%. I will pay them $4900. I ignored their calls for 3 months and they just sent me a letter offering me a 70% settlement. Is this letter enough or do i need another letter where it clearly states, "if i pay 70% the account will be considered settled or paid as agreed"? They told me i could pay by cash at any boa branch so thats what i will do cause i dont want them to have access to my new bank account. I have 4 other accounts i need to settle.
