I checked my online account for Paycheck Today (whom I have overpaid) and under status, it says "Bureau" Does this mean they reported to my credit? Has anyone else had this?

Hi I have read all the threads and I am gathering information piece by piece. I want to go ahead and close my accounts on Saturday (I have two checkings and one savings at the same bank). I have been with them for years; but I want to keep banking with them. If I open another account at the same bank can the pdl's try to get through the new account? Also; what do I do about the legal pdl's that I have? The one's that I have that are legal are Cashnet USA, Cash Central(who I made a payment plan with), paydayone, paydayok and magnum.

I did the "my debt" thing and it recommended bankruptcy but I have a concern that I will not qualify due to income being WAY over the NY limit ($85K+). Total overall debt is $400K+, of which $350K is a house that is fully mortgaged (bought at height of market, market has crashed entirely in my area, would have to do a short sell to get out of it). Newly divorced.. ex left me with all of our debt, and with 100% financial responsibility for our just under 2 yr old daughter, who has special needs due to extreme prematurity at birth. Childcare alone costs me $1,500 a month.

Wed and again Thurs I sent letters via email to my pdl lenders my bank was great! They actually cut me a check for my direct deposit and closed the old account and opened a new on for me! Now I am afraid of what will happen once the account shows closed for all the pdl's that came trough. but i have to say i am feeling more and more positive, at least rigt now I actually have control of my paycheck and they cannot get it
