stopping harrassing calls18 years 3 months ago How do you stop harrassing calls from Encore Recievables on a account that is not even yours.
For 4 months now they call us 4-10 times a day. We have tried to have our number removed but they don't seem to understand.
We think we have the one in Kansas stopping tho now it is a number from New Jersey.
Is there any way to stop them.

Hello,
I have been receiving calls from US National Bank. They first called my home number and left a threatening message with my room mate. This jerk stated that he was preparing an affadavit to give to the police and if I didn't respond with a payment that they could even show up at my work. He said I violated Federal check writing laws. The next day I called this guy, he started the same thing again. I could hear multiple people on phones. It sounds like a boiler room.

Does this look like a fare settelement from Impact PDL18 years 3 months ago I am a Maryland resident , I have taken out several loans from Impact pdl and pay them back in full this time around i took out a $300.00 loan ( internet ) and the intrest was $90.00 well today i see that tried to get out of my checking account $105.00 and $50.00 which was return then i get this email for Settlement - See Below
