ok, so I'm overdrawn because of the pdl's and my bank says they are closing my account and because of the amount it will be reported to check systems (sp?) can someone please educate me - what does it mean to be reported to this check system? I already have an account at another bank, so that part I'm not too concerend with. they said once I pay it, they will update the system, but what else? thank you!

can you please help me. I have just found out that my son aged 21 has taken out 15 pay day loans, and i am getting calls all the time fronm people trying to find him.there is no way he can possibly pay these debts, He is young and only works at the local supermarket,for a small salary. He does have direct deposit,so i suppose it was easy for him to get these loans. he refuses to say what he did with the money, and that also scares me. What can i do to help him out of this mess.

Hi everyone..I hope someone can help me with this. I have three payday loans. 1.Advance America -original amount $800, payback $963. I paid $360 in September and haven't paid anything since then. 2. Ace Cash Express.Original Loan $610, payback $730. I have paid $224. They keep calling me at work and saying that they will press charges for theft by check and gave me a deadline to pay $300 yesterday. I couldn't and I am freaking out now. 3. Check n go. Original loan $800, payback $930 (I can't remember exactly).

I am considering debt settlement on my own. Is there a step by step process?

I just got off the tele with my bank. I was inquiring into the savings account. The rep told me that there is a savings account product that does NOT allow for ANY ACH withdrawls. FYI.

Hello Community, I have spoken with alot of you over the past couple of months. I am the Sr Financial Coach with DebtCC. I just wanted everyone in this great community to know that I have found a program to help you, your friends and family consolidate your federal student loans. They have to amount to at least $30k and you cannot be in default, if you are bring them current and then you are good, also you cannot still be in school.

I had a call from a payday that I have. I made arrangemnts tio pay them with a money gram and sent the money. the guy told me that they do not do that and that they want to continue to take it out of my account and I've had some fraud on my account. What do I do know?

Can anyone make sense of this and tell me if this sounds like a scam to them?? I used to get payday loans online quite frequently, but have not gotten any in over a year. I have switched banks and moved several times. I just got a call at work from someone saying they are with the State Pre-Disposition Services department, and that the bank I used to use, National City, linked me back to my work computer to run a payday loan scam ring! I did get the loans they referenced, through Platinum B. and Alpha, but that was well over 2 years ago, and that bank account with Natl.

are they licensed in Alabama? I have paid them well above what is due to them!!
