:roll: Once again I have received e-mail from Westbury Ventures. A new person has e-mailed me and is requesting I phone them to setup payments on my over-due loan. This happens about every three days. This is my third month with the debt consolidation group...which has gone well. :) None of the creditors or pdls have bothered me except..so I just e-mailed this person back and told them politely to just accept the offer from my debt counselor! :x You'd think they would get the message by now that this is the only way they will get anything from me:!: :!: :!: Any other suggestions???

I have a bankruptcy, chapter 7, that will be dropping off my credit report in a few months (it has been almost 10 years now since filing). Will this help my credit score very much? I have not had very good credit since I filed the bankruptcy, BTW. Does anyone know approximately how many points this will raise my score, if any?

Hi. I have recently moved to Mississippi and I have fallen into the PDL trap. Right now I have several PDL, on which I am paying between $600 and $700 per month in interest alone. Can anyone give me advice? I have 2 that are for $300 ($365 with interest) One for $250 ($305 with interest) Three for $200 ($244 with interest)

Ok friends, Friday is fast approaching and I have decisions to make. I have 2 store fronts and 3 internets that are due on Friday. The other store front is already in default. I have no money to give any of them this week. As rent is late and I must pay Friday. By my next pay (2 weeks from Friday) I'll be in pretty good shape (meaning all living expenses will be current and caught up). I'm waiting on paper wrok from T & C to look over, however I know the phone will start ringing very quickly.
