Hello all, One click is the only company so far that won't accept my payments on my terms. This is what they said to BBB. I have overpaid them and I only wanted to pay back the balance owed towards the $350 that I borrowed. I already paid them $190 in fees....but they want me to pay the full amount of $350 back. One of the PDLs that I deal with closed my account with PIF, two others gave me agreements on my terms and the last two I have not heard from. Why is One click being so difficult.

allied interstate recently contacted me re: a student loan which is in default, and another student loan which has been forgiven due to my disability. I have asked them to send me disability forgiveness papers for the 2nd time. The first time that stated that my doctor's report was full of inconsistencies. However, his report was not "full of inconsistencies" for my job at the VA Hospital or for Social Security. I'm not sure how to proceed. Can you help?

i have a pdl with once click cash.. i contacted my bank, and they told me the account could be forced open.. what can i do to stop this crazyness.. how can i get this pdl paid off.. thanks for anyhelp

We have a local bankruptsy lawyer helping us file but after reading some of the posts on hre I am concerned. Our lawyer says he is going to try to file us under the federal instead of the state because that will enable us to keep our cars. He has also told us not to really worry about our property because the exemptions will allow us to keep pretty much everything we own. We are current on our mortgage so that will not be involved at alla nd supposedly the house will be safe as well but is this all true?

I have been working with them since Jul 07. Nothing paid off yet because I am still working on saving money. But, My concern is that I have been checking BBB every money and now Langehorn Debit Solutions is unsatifitory. I do not want them to take my money and run? Please help with some advice.

I just got a letter in the mail saying I owe $400 to Paragon Way from and AT&T from 2002. I have no idea what this charge is for, and when I called Paragon, they didn't even have the right SSN on file! Don't worry I didn't give it to them... Anyway, I want to send a validation letter, but first I am trying to figure out if they have violated the law by reporting this debt to the credit bureaus. I have never received a letter before, but how can I be sure they never sent one? The letter they just sent says I have 30 days to dispute, so it sounds to me like this is the first one...

What evidence does one need to mount an SOL defense re a credit card against a third-party collector? (Credit card from 1993 - New York)?

I have seen this same topic come up time and again in posts on this forum with someone not being served with a Summons and Complaint or just plain Summons (depending on your state) and finding out after a default judgment granted and a motion to enforce granted as well. One thing overlooked here is that in some states (NY is one of them), the failure to serve a defendant with a summons upon commencement of action is also known as dysfunctional service.

Hello, my name is joe and my father has the same name. My parents never put jr so we have the exact same name. Now my father had this cap 1 card with a limit of 5k now a few months ago he got a letter from unifund saying he owed 11k the debt is about 2 years old and was created in ny we now live in florida.

Is there anyone who i can pay ALL my debt in ONE monthly bill? Including the one on the collections?
