this is a GREAT company IF you like :evil: being called at your place of employment 10 times a day, they are REALLY REALLY DILIGENT about calling EVERY DAY !!!!DAY IN AND DAY OUT, just start putting them on hold, come back to phone long enough to say "hold on , I'll be right back" until they give up... it's an 877# let them pay high phone charges !!!

does anyone have any advice on which pay day lenders are worth using? I realize that I will pay a large interest fee relative to the principal, but I have no other place to turn... I would prefer to use an online lender and it is near impossible to tell which lender is a good one to use. thanks...

I got a call at work from this number 517-579-4356. The mans name was Danny Archer. He told my co-worker that it was his direct line and that my name was listed on a legal document and if i didnt call back that I would face harsh consequences. Whatever. So I called back and the man that answered the phone answered "Front Desk how may I help you" UMMM okay. I said that someone had called me and that I wanted to inform the company not to call me anymore. He than turned and asked who called and I asked what company this was and he told me US National Bank. Umm okay.

Can anyone provide me with a letter to send my employers payroll department to stop wage assigments? And what is the procedure with the payroll department and now that I read on closing a bank account who do I talk to with my bank. I currently bank with Citibank, what are their procedures or what do I have to do in order for pdls not to keep taking money from my account. I live in New York so I know they're illegal, but of course I didn't know this till I read the helpful information here.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you all know that there is a new email bank scam for those of us who use online banking. The email comes to you looking exactly like something from your bank to try to phish your information from you. If you see anything in your email stating that it's from your bank for whatever reason, please don't click on the links it's providing. Instead open a browser window and type in the address you normally use for your bank and then login. If there really is an alert for you from your bank it will also be on your main page when you login to your account.

I live in the great state of Hawaii. I fell into the pay day trap and need help. I currently have 11 loans and can not keep up witn the fees.i hope i am in the right place for help. I have 4 payday loans right now. Paydayone, Paydayok, GW financial, and CashnetUSA. I pay most of my paycheck to them and have little left to pay my bills. I started by emailing each one to see if there is anything they will do to lower my debt. I live in PA. I have been paying these people for monthes and just dont know how to get out of it. I really dont want to have to close my checking account unless absolutely necessary, as I have a lot of automatic debits that are legit accounts, like my mortgage and a couple of other bills.
