Received an email from BBB for tremont financial and they state they have marked my account paid in full and closed account, also received an email from another BBB regarding upfront payday and they want to settle, instead of the $450.00 they will settle for $280, and thats fine they are illegal in MO and I will pay exactly what I borrowed and no more...

has anyone heard or done business with care one credit services? they are an acredited BBB

Hi im Writing because i have a problem im an international student i have a car loan and credit cards my credit history is perfect ,but as an international student we are not allowed to have a ssn,only Itin (individual tax payer number),and hee starts everything in my credit report shows a ssn thats not mine its wrong .what can i do how can i dispute with the credi byro because they gonna ask for a replacment ssn.please if u have any infoo replyyy.

I don't know how long this has been active but just recently on one of the skip tracing tools we use we can now tell what vehicle you have down the the VIN#. The VIN# is not always displayed and I don't know if it's even all states that participate. I'll have to skiptrace myself to see if my vehicles show up for Texas. What is usualy displayed in Name, Address vehicle is registered at, year and VIN#.

Hi all I got judgment from Palisades Collection LLC. what should i do? Also i am very curious about the Palisades Collection LLC. I received the paper said that there is a judgment on me and i have to show up on court. But when i received the paper the court date is already passed 2 month already. i plan to call NYS attorney about this case and hopefully he investigate more about this company. any help or suggestion are very appreciate Thanks

I originally signed up with Credit Cure / United Christian Financial in July of 2005 as a credit management client. Unfortunately, in February of 2006 the company went bankrupt. The new company Richard A. Brennan, now known as Frederick Law Group, took over the acct. I did not find out that this company even had my acct. until August of 2006 though. This law group is a credit settlement company and I apparently misunderstand the difference between settlement and management.
