Ugh! My ongoing saga with lvnv. I received a dunning letter from the same law firm that is suing me on behalf of lvnv. Is this right? I sent a DV and filed an answer. Why am I now getting a dunning letter for more than the amount they are suing me for???

I have no resources other than my job. I need to stop this stuff because i am getting ill. How can I find the best agency?

I have never seen this answer anywhere before. If you add to your already existing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, does it increase the amount of time you are in Bankruptcy before it gets discharged?

what is the washington state law for payday loans?

I have been harrassed daily by several companies. I stopped paying most of them because they would not work with me and kept adding fees, overlimit charges, lates fees etc. They raised my interest rate so that every cent I paid them went to fees and charges, nothng on the principal. At this rate I could see that all my money was as good as burning it and I still owed them, my dept never went down. Only one creditor has been willing to work with me, I have kept paying them. I filed chapter 13 3 years ago and I am still paying that off, it is taken out of my paychecks.

I have a CA company on my credit report, and I owe this money so I wanted to settle the account for less of what the balance is. It’s a $2,200.00 balance and the company who is SST/COLUMBUS and TRS/CIGPF1 said they do not settle account below $2,500.00, and they could only offer me a settlement of $1,800.00 does that seem high to you??? I think it is!!! Is there anything else I can try to get it lower??? Thanks.
