I currently have 7 internet payday loans. The fees are killing me! Loan Shop $300 - paid $450 fees SJM Marketing $300 - paid $450 fees United Cash Loans $300 - paid $450 fees plus $50 xtra for principal - now owe $250 TJF Corp - $300 - paid $180 fees Arrowhead - $300 - paid $90 fees ECash - $300 - paid $90 fees CMG Group - $250 paid $75 fees Can someone please help me figure out what to do? I cant keep going like this. They took $615 out of check this past friday in fees alone! OUCH!

Ripoff Report allows for a free and open forum which is good. However when people post false information and it can be proven Ripoff Report charges $2000 plus $150 per month to put a generic positive stamp over all the in some cases false negative posts........People that is extortion!

About 4m ago I had 2 $30 debits from Check Recovere in my account... I disputed them and the charges were reversed. Just yesterday I saw 2 monre $30 debtis from Check Recovere... Because this has happened 2x the bank told me to change my account so I will be doing that today... Anyone ever hear of Check Recovere??? I have no idea who these people are or why they are debiting my account...

my mother recently passed away with cancer, I have been taking care of her bills this past year. She owes some hospital copay bills and nursing home bills that i am taking care of in payments, I just received a letter from asset acceptance llc wanting information on the probate status of her estate. this is the first letter we have received from them. how do i go about finding out the validity of this debt and what it is, since my mother is no longer here to help me.

I have been paying her bills for the last year, due to her illness. she has some hospital bills and nursing home bills that I am paying for each month. But she has never gotten anything from them until now. I don't know how to handle this now since she has passed. how would I go about finding out this information without contacting asset acceptance yet.

I just recently paid off my balance in full to United Cash Loans with a credit card. The very next day they debited my checking account for $150, resulting in an overpayment. Since then, I have been getting the run around trying to get the overpayment refunded. I was told to fax in a copy of my bank statement showing the debits had cleared, which seemed to be a reasonable request. However, when I have called to follow up I get varying responses depending on who I talk to, including that the fax has not been received or that it is still in processing.

how does this work?

I have 9 outstanding payday loans. I live in NJ and all of the loans are with internet providers. Do I have any options or am I screwed?
