Hello, I had a storefront payday loan and they sent the check into the bank because I was late. The check did bounce I am going to call them and see if I can set up a payment arrangement to pay this back. I had a loan that I kept getting over and over and could not pay it back. Can the prosecute me for my check bouncing? They take post dated checks So I am thinking they can't but I am not sure.

Does this place or number ring a bell with anyone? I got a call on my cell phone and when I called it back they said they were a collection agency, and I said who are you looking for , I gave them the phone number, but then they wanted my name and file number, I said you called me you tell me who your looking for.. and he was like no,I need your name for verification.

I recently had a debt collection agency, Academy Services of Philadelphia, call my mother, tell her I was convicted of fraud and that I was a convict on the run and informed of my debt. When I called back they informed my of the debts they had and that they would sue unless I paid. This does violate Federal Debt Collection practices, right?

I took out a Pay Day Loan. I have made some payments, then I had to stop. I just recieved a fax at work with the PD company threating to contact my HR department because I applied online at work. IS there anything I can do, and are they allowed to harrass me at work like that.

Are there any PDL's out there that doesn't fall into this category?

I have desperatly been trying to repair my credit, using this site every day to help. Well today I updated my reports and saw an account I have never seen or have no knowledge of!!!

i have been dealing with this company for months now,and they are by far the worst people to deal with.....they are very rude and they try to dig into ur account without permission from u....they hassel u when u have already talked to them....mrs.moore is the lady that calls me and she is just a rude lady

Payday Loan Yes told me that they put 500.00 in my account when they only put 350.00 under the name of Cashnet Pfeesls. I don't like this at5 all. They should be trueful about who they are and how much they really gave. I shouldn't have to pay for monies that i didn;t receive. Linda Milton

Need help - We have a bank loan with our car as collateral. The bank never required the title. The title is free and clear. Can we sell the car since they aren't on the title? Did they mess up or would the contract alone stand, since it lists the car as collateral? Thanks!
