Hi There, We were running a real estate website and for advertisements we make a anual contract with online yellow pages. As per contract we were supposed to pay 250$/month but we were not because our business failed. Now McCarthy Burgess & Wolff Inc is asking for some $3000+ interest. We signed the contract as a manager on a LLC will they can put on our personal credit or business credit. Can they take us to court. Please reply me. Thanks in advance. I did a search and didn't retrieve any results about CO-OPERATIVE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU, INC. Apparently an apartment complex I lived in managed to rack up $327.98 in some sort of fess.. I just got a letter in the mail today from these guys saying I have 30 days from today to send them a debt validation letter.. they want it all up front or for me to call them to set something up. I don't like calling creditors, so I won't be doing that.. should I mail them a letter suggesting a payment plan, or just fire off the DV and wait? Any advice, or anyone ever deal with these guys before?

has anyone heard of Clear your debt LLC? and what do you know about them?

I owe approx 15k just in CC would i have to put my house or car up as Collateral??? I need to have a small payment a month because my mortg and car payments r a bit high as well, just getting hammered with the high minimum. please let me know

I owe roughly, 2500 in different accounts. I have come into money and want to pay what i owe so 'i can start building my credit. Right now i cant even get a 6000 dollar loan because of what i owe. Every time i go to one of the collection agecy websites and type in my account #, It wont let me do anything. All the debt consolidation places i've been to require you to have like $7,000.00 in debt in order for them to be of service. What do i do if i have a lot of $300-$400 dollar debts to different peolpe that add up to a couple thousand dollars.

I have a store front payday loan for $689 (including interest)from Cashland and I live in Ohio. After seeking advice in this community, today I went to the company and they offered me an EPP (payment plan) or the option to roll it back for another couple of weeks. They made the EPP sound like a terrible option (the payments were still pretty high and she made it sound like it was usually easier for customers to just roll the due date back to help them). Bottom line? I'm still in over my head. So this lady was nice and now I'll have a couple of more weeks to stew on it.

I am a young man with no real credit history. All i have done is rent apartment. every time i have moved, my landlords have said that i owe them more than what they deserverd. It apparently adds up.
