My husband And I have three payday Loans. EZ Pawn Org. Loan $1300.00 Pay Off is 1967.00 We have been paying 567 every month since April!!! Cash Pawn we owe 361 and have been paying for at least 6 months Cash Advance 726 we pay it and pull 600 every month to reopen for 3 months now. We live in Texas and we have theft by check laws. How do I get out of this bind. I can barely afford to feed my family... We have 26.00 left out of our paycheck every month for food...... Please I am desperate...

Ruined our credit because our CC's are all late. In the State of texas they prosecute you for theft by check, so there for I am affraid to take that step to closing our account. I called all over. got a hold of apt's lawyers. The meeting was set to be held in their office. NOw they have put me in contempt in city court. what is going on? what can I do to find out what court I am responsible to. DId not go to depositon because of first judgement already set in 1st court.

I live in PA and I have 11 Payday loans. One of them is MTE Financial, and they just called me at work today to ask for $325.00 by this Friday. I have paid 4 refinance fees of 90.00, and a $50.00 pay down and $90.00 refinance fee. What do I do? Do I pay them, are they even legal in PA? What about my other payday loans. Help with MTE first.
