Hi i just recently found out that i Have LVNC FUNDING in my credit report it says it was a personal loan and the status is still open. What does that mean? I far as i know i do not have any loans out.

What do you do if you have already taken all of these steps and filed all the complaints with the proper authorities and a company like parkway one/ Vista B continue to call your work and your boss which is completely illegal. They don't care they just continue to do it. The authorities take all the information but don't stop them.

Received it today OCT 12, 2012 It stated the irs has notified us that the taxpayer identification number on your account with us does not match its record. The irs considers a TIN as incorrect if either the name or number shown on the account does not match a name and number combination in their files or th efiles of the SSA.

Yesterday, I received a phone call from a so called "investigator" Amy Schwartz, said she represented district 12 check fraud investigations. She left a long message stating that she was trying to serve process or something along those lines and that federal law requires that they advise me that I could have an attorney present or that I could contact them myself. She didn't identify the agency she was with or company the phone number was 720-306-5009.

I been bankrupt by this bank because of my outstanding payment for car Loan. The current balance is $37,000.00 (plus interest) the basic loan is around $27,000.00. I need to wirte a good letter to the bank asking to reduce the interst and I proposed to make full settlement to the bank. Below are my debt 1) Housing Loan $225,000.00 2) CitiBank - $23,000.00 3) Bank Loan $15,000

These fools at Leading Edge keep calling me with their bullshit automated call system asking for someone who I have never heard of. I have called and told them about this several times, but it keeps continuing month after month after month. I hate these jerks. They obviously have no clue what they are doing.

How do I go about checking my local courts to see if CashCall has sued and if it has been dismissed or if there are any pending?
