how do i get out of payday loans, i can hardly pay my bills. my debt has exeeced my income.

Well I have a loan from Arrowhead Investments and this morning I woke up to find my checking account minus 22 dollars! They took 3 loan payments at once!!!! What gives with these people? Help!!!! I copied all the info down about them and am going to call. After work I am also going to my bank about this. Maybe they should call them up. This is terrible. Like an open door revolving access to my checking account!!! I took this loan out in August of 2007 and it was for 350.

What happens with CC's when you are between 90 & 120 days late? I'm at that point now with one card & just curious...if your not in a dmp. I am in a DMP, but just curious as to what happens if you arent...The CC company calls, I don't answer my phone as I've spoken to them once & the proposal from my DMP was sent to them & they should have it by now.

How to get rid of debts soon?

I have a credit card in collections. They told me the original collector was the one deciding on settlement amts but when I called the original collector, they told me the agency had 100% control of my acct. I asked if they sold it...they said it was still a valid debt to them, but could not discuss anything with me about it and said I had to go through the agency. He could do nothing at all with the acct. If it's still theirs, how can the not discuss it with me? I told him I wanted to resolve the acct just didn't want to go through that agency...so do they still own it?

I am in a considerable amount of debt with payday loans. It's killing me financially. How do I get out of this trap?

Ahh, I'm so confused!! I have a past due Verizon Bill that I want to pay ASAP! It's over $1000, but I should be able to pay this in a month or two. I pulled my credit report a little over a month ago and on Equifax and TransUnion have two different addresses.. and some 1-800 #s. They haven't been able to contact me because I didn't get my mail forwarded since I moved until recently, but on top of that I don't feel like calling them up and dealing with the nastiness that could be. Problem is, I don't know if it was sold off to a collection agency yet. It says "Charged Off" on both accounts.

I have around $41,000 in credit card debt. Any suggestions what I can do?

I'm always interested in any new really really good books. I haven't really come across any recently. Do any of you know of any? I also read that this month a book called Nixon and Mao was going to be released, but I don't know much about it. I also heard that The Bounty Hunter will be released soon.
