I have approx. $9,000.00 in creit card debt and i am behind ALOT my husband gets ssi for $650.00 per month and I am on unemployment right now of $440.00 per month. I s there a payment I can afford of about $75.00 to $1oo.oo per month?

Is there anyone out there that has payday loans and live in new york and can relate step by step how they went through the process of getting rid of these payday loans i just wanted feedback from other people who are in the same boat as me . Please anyone please send me a message. Thank you.

This is like the third agency to work this dept. They attached a judgment issued to my wife with the full sum of a Chase Manhattan card plus 25% attorney fees, (different attorney) and another 5% interest, from date of judgement. Does this new group have any rights to this? This was a city court ruling,that I don't believe my wife had any knowlege of. What can come of this and what should I do to help her? This is just one of many, since a run of bad luck and circumstances, that started just before hurricane Katrina. ANY HELP OR ADVISE WOULD BE a potential life saver. Thanks in advance!

I got on and it started asking for all of my personal information (creditors, etc), I am trying to figure out what you all do. I need to consolidate my credit card debt, but I am not late on payments, yet. The debt has become to much and I need one monthly payment, but because of my debt I can't get a debt consolidation loan from my bank. I don't want anything to affect my credit. My rating has been going up and I want it to continue to go up that is why I want to lower my monthly payments.

I got a call this morning from a woman that talked so fast that I could barely understand her. She told me that I was the "primary suspect" in a fraud investigation. She wanted my lawyers contact info so she could fax over the "affidavit". I was going to be "downloaded" this afternoon to my county. I just love that word "downloaded". I asked for the name of the company and she said it was "WHITE COLLARS" I said thats the name of your company? She said YES.

Hubby got a loan through these people and just like with all the rest defaulted. We heard nothing from them until now. I got a letter from Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. and in the letter it says previous creditor tendollarpaydayloan, current creditor- Frist American Investment. They are trying to collect $510.00 on a $200 loan. This CA is licensed in my state to collect. I have a call in to my DFI she is out of the office today. But in the letter it says that First American Investments will report to the credit Bureaus. I don't want to call this CA until I hear from the DFI.

Well, it was good while it lasted! Just got a call on my cell phone (caller id came up as 00000 so I knew it was "them!") Anyway, I could NOT believe my ears! This young lady said she was calling ON BEHALF of Arrowhead Investments and that her records showed that I had paid $300 toward the $800 balance I owed an online payday loan company (MTE.) Needless to say I don't owe anyone $800!
