Guess What!! After all the emails i have sent Westbury Ventures and all of the certified letters they have refused. I just recieved a call from a Mr.Masper from Westbury saying that he received a noticed from the BBB and he is contacting me so that we can go over the account. I need your help what should I do? Should I call or send him an email. I think he will probably be a jerk with me if I call.

Ok so here is the deal. Just got a phone call from an attorney back east who said his firm bought out an old debt of mine. I asked what he was talking about and he said for Drivetime and auto finance company I had purchased a vehicle through 5-6 years ago. About a year ago my vehicle was repossessed and my wife and I could not afford to get it out before it went to auction. The attorney told me that I still owe #3387.79 on the vehicle but they will be filling a court case tomorrow and the attorneys fees will be added to my total making it $5597.00.

Has anyone defaulted with needspeedycash? I received an email from them stating that my account has been turned over to a third party collection. I want to know if they are licensed in my state I live in FLorida. Thanks

Is there any way I can still negotiate with LVNV (Resurgeant) to get the lien taken off or do I need to talk to the attorney. The reason why I ask is because the lien showing up on my title that was filed by an attorney is higher than what LVNV is reporting on my credit. So it seams that it would be cheaper to just pay LVNV but then I dont know if they will be able to remove the lien from my house. However, finding this site was a god send to me and I'm finally feeling good again. I have sent Geneva Roth Ventures (the infamous Loan Point USA) several emails plus have faxed them. Each one is telling them that I revoke the ACH debit and any wage assignment and finally that I had closed the account. I do owe them the principal of the loan as I have only paid back $89. I have been asking them through several emails to send me an address so I can mail the payment. They refuse to do so.
