I have several pdls in Pa and I clsoed out my chechecking account becasue the fees were crazy!!!! I need help figuring out who is legal and who isnt who Ive paid too much to and who I still owe. PLEASE HELP!!!

[size=6][/size]I went to a local PDL center call advance.. i am on disability, and now i am up to borrowing 400 dollars,, got into a mess.. . i called them and she told me the way i could make payments was if i filed bankrupcy.. 400 hundred dollars is half of my disability check.. what do i need to do to make payment arrangements.. do i need to put a stop on the check.. the lady said if the check was not covered they could press charges.. thanks,, karen

I made a stupid mistake and tryed to apply for another payday loan online and someone called to say that I had 3 loans out from 2004. Do they need confirmation from the HR department to see if it is me? What can they do from here?

I posted awhile back that one of the pdl's insisted I used an old address to apply for my loan (I still own the house but have not lived there in 7-8 years) I am in KY and they claim I used a FL address. They turned this over for collections with ARM in Jax. FL. This was the company I posted awhile back harrassed me terribly. I filed a bbb complaint and received their response..In ARM's response, they stated I used the FL addres issue again and stated they sent the debt validation to that address. In my DV letter I purposely put my KY address so they would mail it to me here.

I sent my C&D (certified) to this address 3531 P Street NW Miami, OK 74355 but am now seeing many different addresses for this Company. Is the one above even theirs? Someone signed for my letter on the 9th, but how do I know it was someone at UCL??? The letter was addressed to United Cash Loans, would the mailman have made sure that's who they were before letting someone sign for it?

I got a letter from Discover saying that they know I'm in a debt consolidation program and they will honor that plan. They laid out the rules for Discover & plans and even dropped my interest rate from 28% down to 9.99%!! So I feel a little better now!! I have some questions about the letter but I have to fax some stuff over to the consolidation company and then I'll write a little note with my questions. Sometimes I do better writing questions out than asking over the phone Just waiting for Chase to fall in line! Thanks for putting up with me guys! I love you all!
