I am from Louisiana and I had a store front payday loan that i took out in May. However, in July i closed my bank account and open another account with a different bank that does not allow me to write checks. So I have tried to contact the payday loan company to set up payment arrangements and I have not been able to contact them. Well today I receive a letter in the mail from the Sheriff department Re: Outstanding Arrest Warrant - Final Notice of Execution (This is the first letter I have received).

I have no idea who these people are and seeing all the comments I am scared to try and contact them. I have been keeping an eye on my credit report for the past 6 months and call my debt collectors to try and figure out who they are coming at me for. Then suddenly out of the blue this company shows up on my credit report for $515.00 I do not know who this company is as no one has ever tried to contact me nor do I know any one I owe money for that amount. Don't they have to try contacting you before they post it to your credit report?

I have a loan with My Money Chest aka Lansbridge Business Group and I cannot find any information on them when researching the Texas State website. Contacted the lender to inform them I cannot find info on them and that I was revoking the ACH & Wage Assignment. I have paid them principal and want them gone now. Received a reply email that they are not a pay day loan company - they gave me a "line of credit" not a pay day loan therefore they are not required to adhere to pay day loan laws of Texas. Are they serious?

I am trying to get an address for this company ABLFUNDING.COM. I call there number they have listed and they answer Parkway one. The people I talk with won't give me there address. I have tried contacting them a second and third time and the number I call sometimes goes to a voice mail. I don't have a good feeling about this. Doesn't every business in the USA have to have a physical address?

Hello I live in florida and own a house and have a house in ga that has been up for sale for 2 years, I tried to rent it and got bad tenats who are suing me, i have an old double wide in florida that my dad was living in and he has left so i still have to pay the lot rent. I am current in my payments. I am draining my savings account fast. In 2 months I will not be able to make the payments on the house in ga or defend the lawsuit or pay the lease on the double wide. Is chpt 13 a good option? Thanks

Can you tell me if Payday Loan Debt Assistance is a legitimate company? I have hired them to help me get out of this mess with my payday loans, but I just still have an uneasy feeling. I am still getting calls from all of the payday loan companies, also getting calls from ACS Litigation Firm saying they are going to have the authorities come to my home or office to serve me with a summons for fraud. I am scared to death and don't know who to trust or believe. Please help and advise. thank you!
