:( I have two different issues that I need to deal with. #1- Yesterday (10/6/07) I received a letter in the mail from Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC regarding a Sears account from 11 years ago. The letter states that NCO Portfolio Management placed my account with them for collection of $991.00. It appears that the settlement they are offering ($375)is tied to some kind of balance transfer to an Emblem Mastercard. There is absolutely nothing regarding this account showing on my credit report, and hasn't in at least 4 years.

I am considering getting a personal loan online since my credit is bad and I need cash fast. I have searched a few options and found 2 places that accept bad credit and dont require you to pay anything upfront. Has anyone heard of wegiveloans.com or creditloan.com or completeloansource.com? I am very paranoid about using these and am having to as a last resort. Will someone please share their experiences with me?

Monday is going to be BAD. Besides it being Monday, I have to call the debt consolidation company & talk to them about Chase. I also have to see what to do about Discover-the consolidation firm wants a copy of my bill but the account number has to be on there...only problem is...Discover charges $5.00 for a bill! Not good! There might be a way out of it...it says if you need a bill to dispute something or get a copy of the terms then its for free. Now on top of all that I have to call Horizon Blue Cross! Had an ultrasound in August to test for Down Syndrome (Nuchal Fold Test).

i was divorced since 5/2004 a collection has run my report loint with exhusbands and tells me they have a right to run the report, because I did not let them know I was divorced, this is a collection agency for a hospital bill, past due from 2005

I work only 16 hours a week and owe a student loan in new your city. The collection agency for my loan request my employer to garnish my check the want me to pay 55 dollars that i cant afford to pay. I lost my full time job and this is just a job i am doing so I can get back into the work force. I told them i cant afford to pay what they asked. I have two children and on is sick always. I was paying before the loan before I lost my full time job.

hello, i'm back. well i have a garnishment from all credit lenders it is only 15% as per illinois law. funny thing though,all other pdl's except for ameriloan,usfast cash, and gfsil stopped there harrasment. could it be that or my impending ch-7 on nov 7? can i have more than 1 garnishment on my paycheck? thanks
