I just came from spending my lunch hour at Bank of America. I tried to get these predators blocked and I cannot do it. They said they cannot block payday loans due to the contract I signed with them and my only recourse is to take it up with the companies themselves. The only option they said was left was to pay off the overdraft on the account and close it. I'm hoping to be able to borrow some money from family to help me to do this. I cannot believe I'm in such a mess. It is so frustrating right now. I just don't know what to do. Jeanelle

Hello there, this is my first post. I have begun the strenuous but worthy process of cleaning up my credit. As a teen in college, I racked up a couple grand worth of CC debt that I didn't have the income and/or character to pay on time. The debts went to collections, ignored them, I moved away, grew up, got married and now I'm here. And I need some help. I've paid all of the items that were on my credit report that were still open, and re-settled my Federal student loan. However, since I've been active on my credit report, the debt collectors found me.

I filed a chapter 13 Bankruptcy that was dismissed before it even got off the ground. This was because I lost my job and could not do the repayment plan. I was advised that the credit bureaus should remove this from my credit report because it was not a true bankruptcy. One agency has deleted it - but it remains on the other two even though I have sent letters. One agency also has numerous errors in addresses I have lived at and spellings of my name (making it look like I use alias's) I cannot seem to get these inaccuracies off my report. What to do?

Does anyone know if he has any other number that i can reach him at, i also emailed him and not had any response, i sent my contract over to him and still have yet to hear from him, is anyone else having this problem?? Thanks!

How can I get this collection agency? This "Inspector" from Graham Noble and Associates called a few days ago and today he called my mother and left and message on her machine. The message left went like this: "This message if for (my mother) this is Inspector and this message is regarding (my name and social security number). You need to call me immediately at the county courthouse at 1-877-836-3131 ext 17. If you do not call me immediately, you will be involved in this matter." What a bunch of BS and they know it.

I jyust got a credit report with hit hit against me from your company. I'd like to know why your degrading my credit.

I have a friend who auto company threatened a charge off account if not paid by end of the month. Now if is it charged off can she still drive the car or is someone coming to repo after teh charge off is done?? And once it goes to collection agency can she take care of it htere >?

I live in California, and I have recently gotten myself in way over my head with 7 payday loans. I got paid today and my entire paycheck went to paying fees on these loans. I am looking in to closing my bank account and need some assistance in the best process for contacting these companies and arranging payment arrangements. I could also use any other advise that is offered.

Are they licensed anywhere? Still under cease and desist order? Getting ready to email their compliance department and wanted to see what I am facing. Thanks
