Hi all, Is there a limit to how many times a CA can pull your credit report? This one CR pulls it every three weeks!!!!

I have a question about the correct deletion date of an old account on my credit report. I have an old account from a finace company opened 11/99. The date of last activity is 4/2001. The date of the last payment is 2/2002. When i tried to dispute it reason being that the statute of limitations is up. They told me that they go by the date of last activity which was 4/2001. But i was reading in the Fair credit act that the deletion is the original date which would be 11/1999 not the date of last activity. Does that sound correct?

At work today i recieved a call from a United Processing Investigation saying that i owed 400ish dollars each to both Jd marketing And Nevis Marketing. I did in fact take the loans out but only for 200 each and i have paid back at least 400 to each place. I told them i was at work and could not speak but offered to give them my cell number so i could with them later.

I am in serious debt and moving to india to escape it. I will never return to the usa. Can my debt follow me? I am planning to use another name to start a new life over there thanks

I was contacted in August by a law firm representing Capital One. I agreed to pay $100 a month. I received and signed the agreement along with my first check on the 25th or so. I was told I would receive a payment booklet which I never did. I dated the check for the 15th of Sept which is when I assumed the payment would be due. They never cashed that check. I called and left two messages and then last week they called and left me an automated call to call them back. I tried today but was told that my case had already been turned over to the courts.

Alas, I think that my faxes, emails, etc has finally P***ed off Tim Atkins co-worker..... Here is the email I just received: Sylvia, Quote:
