i have loan with a company called magnum z llc but i never got a loan from this people at all,i never got a loan in my life time, i then i got an email saying i got a account with them in they are going to send it to the colletion agency,i called the agency in they said that i have a contract with them in i signed it with my ss# in the contract is 600 dollars in it can go up to 2000 dollars by intrest rates,in i told them i never did a loan with them in he asked me if my information like address, work, status, email,ss#,bank account number was correct, in it was mine, i told him in he started

Both my husband and myself have been affiliated with Advance America, First American, and Cashland establishments for about 4 years. We have borrowed, paid back, and continued this cycle for a long time. Due to all our past credit problems, we were unable to get a loan through any bank, credit union, or loan company. We both have very good jobs now and wanted to stop this payday cycle. Our plan was that we closed our checking account and told ourselves that the only way to get out was to not to be able to go back.

Does anyone out there have a fax # or an e-mail address for Cash Call. I notice there are none listed on their website unless I'm missing it. Any help you could give would be appreciated.

I seem to have gotten myself into a hole that is just getting deeper and deeper. My bank account at the moment is -764. I have a cashcall loan and two payday loans that were gotten online. I was considering getting another loan or something to even out my bank account but am not sure that is the smartest path. I dont have the best credit and cant get normal loans. I was also considering closing the bank account and working out payments with them, if banks even do that??

My husband has a few different things on his credit report from GEMB. There is GEMB/Care Credit shows Charge-off (I don't know what that means), there is GEMB/JCP (Revolving)(Paid satisfactorily), and there is GEMB/Walmart (Revolving)(Closed). Can someone tell me what any of that means please? Or how I can contact GEMB? Thanks!

Long story short- I was going out the door to a school conference today and a process server comes up to me and serves me. I just looked really quick at it- saw my name and address - I did question that it is from a county about 200 miles south of me. I didn't have to sign for it or anything- she just gave it to me. While I was gone DH looked it over. It;s not my name - it is but not the same middle initial- plus I have never had an account with Citibank- it was from some collection agency that bought it from the supposedly.

I got a phone call from "Inspector" Bill Stewart with Graham Noble and Associates and boy was it illegal. Not only did he give out my name, birth date, and social security number to me before he knew it was me but he also threatened to have me arrested (as if). I don't know where this guy got his info from, but I would sure like to get his. What I don't know about, is why he is "filing charges" against me in Texas when I have never lived in Texas. The original creditor is based in Texas but this account is well past the SOL in Utah (4 years) and is in the last year on my credit report.

Ok my report is mondo messed up. For every bad listing I have there are two or three listing for Collections Agencies for the same customer I have only ever had one Citibank card but there are like 9 entries for Citibank and or CitiFinancial. I thought you could only list a debt once. I have disbuted the info with experian but so far they all come back as being ok?

Do they have customer service # this midland credit showed up on my credit report and I never heard of them
