Anyone know who this is 800-929-9587? I just received a call from them, the line had SO much static I couldn't understand who they said they were from, or where they were calling from. The caller got frustrated by my repeated questions, and hung up on me. Any ideas who they are? Google pulled up nothing.

If they are unlicensed/illegal (read this in other posts) can they be on my credit report???? I have a collection agancy collecting for ameriloan.... Do they have a legal right to do that?
