How can i consolidate my payday loans that i have

Does an out of state creditor have to file in your state of residence or their place of business?

Can someone tell me who this is?

What if a proposal ISNT accepted? I called Chase today & told them that I entered into credit counseling. When I told Discover, they were nice-took all the info & are calling the Credit Counseling place. When I called Chase today, they wouldn't take the information stating that they don't call out like that. The rep explained that they wait for the proposal & then they contact the credit counseling company...it could be declined or accepted. So now I'm worried! What do I do if the proposal isn't accepted?? My normal payment to Chase is usually between $289 & $301.

How can I get out of the mess I am in? I have secured and unsecured debt and two payday loans. I want to pay my bills, but not sure how to get it all back in line and caught up. The banks and credit union will not let me consolidate into one monthly payment, please help if you can.

I have always helped everyone else, family, friends, but in doing so, I have managed to get in over my head. I have recently been laid off from my job, and around here it is hard to find a good paying job. I was with the company I worked for 11 years. I moved to another position for better money and they did away with the job after 9 months, I am trying to get umemployment, but there are waiting periods. I am in a real danger of looseing my vechicles and do not want to file bankruptcy. Can you please help? Thanks, Debbie

Ok, this may be rather complicated. I got a summons from Love, Beal and Nixon, attorneys for Midland Funding, LLC (CA). The original debt was from Household Bank for a credit card. I immediately called Love, Beal and Nixon and reached a payment arrangement. They sent me paperwork in the mail, called a Journal Entry of Judgment, in which I filled out all my monthly debts, all members of my household's income, and the fact that I was to pay $300 a month payments to them until the debt was paid off. It said not to date it, as the judge would later date it.

Please, never take out a payday loan unless you know with 100% certainty that you can pay it back in time, and that there are no other alternatives. I hate seeing people victimized by PDLs that want to charge people several times the ammount of the origional loan. One of my friends had taken out a PDL for some 250 dollars and ended up defaulting, then paying back some 2300. That's just sick.

I sent a certified DV letter to Phillip & Cohen Associates on August 10th. I have not receive a call or any letters from them anymore. What do you think I should do next? If they can't prove my debt can it come off my credit?
