I have 3 payday loans that I need help with paying off. What's the best way to do this? Should I work with a credit counseling place in order to pay these off?

In the midst of helping everyone else, I now have fallen and no one is there to help me, not even my children. I am a grandmother about to loose her house and everything. Can anyone help me or tell me where I can get a real loan with poor credit just to pay off these payday loans and have only one loan due?

Does anyone know who 302-282-8004 belong to? I got a call tonight from them, but I missed it. When I called back it just answers "Card Services"...but for who? I didn't ask.

I have a pdl that was sent to collections. I have all my pdls with T & C. T & C has already contacted the CA to set up payments with them but now they have reported to the credit bureau. Can T & C request that the mark be deleted from credit report if it's paid in full? Or is that something I need to request. I would like to request pay for delete but I don't know if T & C should handle this or should I? Any suggestions/ideas?

i got a letter in the mail yesterday about a bill from 12 years ago. Ive never heard from this company in the past and when i called and asked about the debt the company said they had switched hands in the mid 90's and just got around to collecting their old debts. hasn't the statue of limitations lapsed in this situation? shouldn't this company have tried to settle this debt years ago? am i legally responsible for this debt still?

I am sure they are a collection agency for an internet pdl that I have. I have searched the BBB and nothing matches. The number they called from was: 520-352-7111. Any info would be greatly appreciated before I call them back.
