Hey, Peeps: Ever since my letter and the 5,000 emails I sent to MTE and their dba's on an almost daily basis (thanks to Cannr's idea,) I received 2 phone calls at work - dealt with them by socking them with the truth of the matter (you're ILLEGAL, what part of that don't you understand?) then I asked the switchboard not to put any more calls through to me at work. That must have been over two months ago and I haven't heard a SOUND since! Not at work, not at home...not even on my cell phone.

I work for a debt settlement company. I have a friend that I thought I could help but he does not qualify for our program. He has at least 10-12 accounts in collections and they are all small balances under $700. These are all in collections and his credit score is too low for a personal loan. I filed bankruptcy in 2006 and it was discharged in june 2006 however a creditor that i forgot to add on my list of creditor's is contacting me about a bill. they are calling me at work and home several times a day. how do i handle this?

Good morning about two weeks ago I got a call from an Alex Divine saying he was from US National Bank Crime Divison and they were going to download charges on me if I couldn't pay $2000 now these loans were over 2 years ago I honestly don't remember if there is anything left owed on them and I know I paid something on them, but that particular bank account was closed over 1 and 1/2 half ago due to NSF fees, The only thing I heard was about a year ago from Ellis Crosby and I sent them a request for debt validation and never got one and the never called back ...

Does anyone know the KY state licensing requirements or the states remedy on usurious loans. I am trying to write letters to my illegal pdl lenders and I want to make sure that I have everything that I need. Thanks

I received a phone call this morning and my caller id read 1-800-832-0202, and a gentlemen left me a message to call them back asap at 1-866-223-1851. Does anyone know who this company is?
