Ok, I have a couple internet PDLs and I have been managing them fairly well. However, I have a dilemma. I have a PDL with getcashman for $350 and have been refinancing at 105 a pay period. For a month they randomly stopped taking anything out. I never called to complain or closed my account or anything. They just stopped. Now, randomly last Monday (my other deductions were on a Friday) they resumed again! Do I have any recourse? THEY violated their own agreement!! Can I do anything about this?? Thank you for your help.

My husband has a contract for what we thought is a payday loan but turns out it is a CSO...anyhow on the last time I was the one who went and renewed the loan without him...they went ahead and let me sign the contract, but my name is not on this contract at all and my husband never signed the new contract. Can we use this at all? Also the contract states that this company has a surety bond with the state of Texas, but I went to double check that and they do not have one as the contract states....would this be a breach of contract on their part?

Today may be the beginning of my life without CACH! (also my anniversary, coincidence?) I had 1/2 of the settlement saved which i sent to them and borrowed the other half. I was waiting for the check to clear my bank and as soon as it does i will wire them the remaining balance... let's hope it's cleared by today. If so, then i will skip over to the bank and wire them their money and be DONE, DONE, DONE! I'll let u all know if the check's cleared yet and then time to celebrate! :D Ang P.S. I almost feel nervous about being done with them!

Hi,I came in here to try to get some help and it's 2:38 am I can't sleep. I have about 8 pdl's. I can't pay my rent and am going to be evicted in Nov as I am so far behind in the rent payments. I live in NV and have fallen into this horrible trap. What can I do I have had loans like this since 2006 and it's not any better. I keep getting more and more to pay them off but they never get paid off. I don't even have $1.00 to my name.

My creditors called me at work and they spoke to the wrong person, and told him that he is behind on his account which was my account information. is this a violation? if it is what kind? Can I file some sort of complaint against them, since my information was shared to someone else which was not supposed to happen?

My husband and I recently decided to try to start saving to buy a house and we got a credit report and to our suprise we are sinking so far in debt that we are not even eliglbe for a high rate home loan. Due to evictions from back when we both where in college and we found that my mothers has gotten several accounts using my social and ran them up and never paid them. any advice on ways to start consoldating with nothing to secure a loan with or ways to get the debt that my mother has inccured in my name removed will be welcome
