Ok so I have several DV letters out. I have got a few receipts back already, but not all. What I was wondering is if I am going to dispute with the CRAs, should I wait and do all disputes at once or is it ok to go and dispute things as I get the receipts back, one at a time?

I have payday loans that are controlling my paycheck so much that I cant pay the expenses that should be paid. I got all of my loans through the internet and presently reside in New York.I want to default on these loans but i dont know the consequences of my action. I really need help and advise on what to do and to expect when I do this.

Hey my husband recently received a letter from National Credit adjusters for a whopping $33K on a car that he sold back to the dealer in 1996 and paid the difference. Now this company sends a letter and says that he owes this ungodly amount. Crazy enough the company that they supposedly bought this from went bankrupt in 2002 and just got back on its feet in 2003. But I saw that there were a number of people having issues getting information from the main company. Any ideas and has anyone else had headaches with this company.

I have been contacted many times by Legal Mediation Practice regarding a 400.00 pdl I got from First Cash Advance. I had paid it down to 200.00 and they say they are some one is going to deal with this at my place of business or at my residence. What I need to know is if I have anything to worry about here in Texas. I can pay them off a little at a time but they are not willing to accept that. Please advise. Thanks, DP

3 month behind with morgage I am in forecloser

Well I gave my kids their birthday presents early this year since my sister n law's kids would be with her ex this weekend. They were so excited and happy. I think the only dissapointment was that my daughter got the Chronicals of Narnia books rather than the last two books from the Harry Potter series. But she is getting the entire hard book series for Christmas! So she will have to wait! I can never wait to give out presents. It is very difficult for me to keep suprises suprises.

Hi, What does a/p/o mean? i.e. Collection Agency XYZ a/p/o Another Creditor vs. Joe Smith Defendent? I think the "a" means assignee but don't know the rest. Thanks!
