Below is my situation. When you add all of these up, I pay about $1,700 in interest per month to these scumbags. Amazingly enough, I am current on all of these, but that isn't going to last long! Anyway, I know most of these outfits are illegal, and that by really doing battle with them, I could probably take care of them. My problem with that is that I have a fairly high profile job and if letters and calls, etc. are made to my employer, or wage garnishments sought after, it would be really embarrassing and potentially job-threatening.

Can anyone tell me if Cash Today and Cash Today Limited are the same company? I have been having money deducted from my checking account since June for a payday loan from Cash Today. I get a call today from someone from Cash Today Limited saying to call them because my bank account that I have on file with them has been closed. I have not closed any bank accounts.Just wondering if this is the same company. Thanks for the help

i was wondering if a bill has gone to court already, do they send you some paperwork for you to sign before they start seizing your pay from your account

So I call Cash Call re my loan and in the past, I have always been told that if it's not debited, that Moneygram is the only option. Now I'm told that they accept bill pay???? Wow, are they actually starting to become somewhat reasonable??

These people told me I would be going to jail if I did not pay. I live in Texas, is that true? It was with a payday loan company that I gave a post dated check too....

They called me and offered me a $5000 but required a $1064 upfront payment. I told that lady that I didn't appreciate her trying to scam me. Just a heads up to everyone else.

can someone answer one question? i need to know if this people from ics financial group,is legal, because me and my husband request a personal loan, they send us a 3 pages agreement to be sign for us and to returned but we have to pay first a $75 fee,but is not for the money,we just want to know if this is true.if they are going to borrow that money to us why they don't debit that amount out of the loan?

I have FIA-CSNA on my credit report. Please tell me why. I do not (to my knowledge) owe anyone this amount on my credit report.
