I have never seen a more friendly and willing group of folks in an online forum. Here is my story and my problem. I have 6 payday loans. All of them were made online. I reside in Alabama. Here goes: 1.Cash Central - Principal ($300.00) Paid ($180-all fees, no principal) 2. My Payday Loan - Principal ($400.00) Paid ($200-all fees, no principal) 3. MTE Financial Services - Principal ($300.00) Paid nothing 4.

I'm in Montana and I have 5 internet payday loans - I just found this forum and need help getting rid of these PDLs.

This forum is great. Many more debt collection harassment cases are going to trial as well as many people who are defending lawsuits brought by debt buyers with little or no proof of the debt. With your insight, you could do a great job making sure justice is served. I just want to encourage everyone here to make sure you are in the proper database to get called for jury duty and then show up.

I'm in California and have an item on check system that was written off during a bankruptcy. I had an account with B of A but closed it because they kept messing up my account. Well that was a big mistake sort of because now I can't seem to open an account with anyone. I've been desperately trying to find a bank that doesn't use checksystem or is leneint towards it, but have had no luck yet. Can any one tell me if there is a bank in Northern California that doesn't use checksystem? I'm tired of having to load up prepaids and or get money orders to pay bills. It's such a hassle.

I originally posted here, but apparently it got moved to a different forum.......... Do any PDLs (I'm guessing probably the illegal kind) use the name All State and threaten legal action? I've gotten a few nasty voicemails now and am getting a little nervous. Not to mention sick with pinkeye. Maybe I should go shake their hand?

I'm getting very nasty voicemails from several people at "Allstate Corporate" (definitely not the auto insurance people, I don't use them and called their number off their website to confirm it isn't them), claiming something about a legal case against me pressing forward with or without my consent?!?! Is this a scare tactic from one of my less-than-legal PDL companies whom I've cut off from my bank account?

My biggest problem right now is paying off my payday loan but having to renew them because i have other bills to pay plus help my spouse pay his bills since his time has been cut

hey I just received a judgement against me from a law firm.I was dealing with these people then due to unfortunate circumstances{detox and rehab for substance abuse)I defaulted on the payments and couldn't attend court....is there anything I can do at this point or am I totally screwed...any help is much appreciated. I was reading my information on my new bank account, after closing the old one due to pdls. I noticed the box was not checked that allowed ACH assignments. WTH? Has anyone ever heard of that? Of course, in my case, I am probably better off without permission to have them.

Hey everyone. I was looking at my credit report from equifax and saw that there were a lot of closed accounts but they were marked "pays as agreed". Does this affect my credit score? Should I contact the companies and ask them to close them on my credit report? Thanks for any help.
