Hey everyone, I did not know where else to post this. I have great news,I am typing this and doing the happy dance (kinda hard with a lightsaber). I got home today and checked the mail and I got a letter from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations. I wrote to these guys a few days ago and today they answered. It seems that check n go back in July of this year forgot to tell me that they wrote off my entire loan. I almost hit the floor. The IDFPR said they where supposed to tell me in July.

With my husband in Iraq we're getting paid a little more than we normally are. With this money I was planning on fixing his credit report. Should I start with the smallest amounts therefore getting more accounts paid (mostly medical bills) or pay off the larger accounts?

Any suggestions from anyone on what to do when you've declared bankruptcy already, but you got played on a bad loan and are having you're home foreclosed and have no where to go and no money to go there with?

I just got this call from this company called redline, anyone ever heard of them? I was trying to figure who they collect for?? Any message goes something like this. Hi this is " ", if this is not " ", please hang up.

I am in debt due to student loans and old bills from when I was in school struggling to find a job. Is there any way that I can consolidate my student loans,bills, and a parent plus loan, that my mother took out to help pay for my schooling, that I am fullie taking responsibility for?
