has anyone dealt with ameriloan, Impact Cash, United Cash Loan, Urgent Cash loan or Total Lending? I'm going to be defaulting on them when the next fees are due because my checking account is closing and I was wondering how easy they are to work with regarding repayment.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to say I am so excited because I finally saved enough money to have my internet reconnected at home (yes...that is how bad it had gotten...) This credit card was set up in my name, but was not done so by me, nor do I know who it was. I have responded to the summons and petition in writing and sent a copy back to Love, Beal & Nixon and a copy to the court house, along with a copy of the original summons itself. What I find odd about the whole situation is the summons was just left at by door, rolled up and tucked between the door knob and the door frame. It was not sealed in an envelope, or even hand delivered.

Hi all, I usually post over on the payday loan forums, but I had a question about debt consolidation. I got myself into a mess with payday loans earlier this year. I have cleared most of the it up, (I have 2 outstanding that my state attorney general is handling and one that I am handling and am in the process of filing complaints). To make a long story short, I had fallen behind on a lot of my bills due to the loans.

Could this be true: A person calls the original credit card company and asks for a 1099c for the debt he can't pay. Then the 1099c arrives in the mail. The 1009c is filed with the IRS on a tax return. Now, the IRS owns the old written off debt. So, a debt buying company can not sue for this debt, if they find in a pile of old debts they have acquired. And, if the debt buyer has the debt listed on a credit report, they must remove it, because they do not own the debt. So, they can't report it. Besides, now the debt has a zero balance.

How come the database of creditors only goes to the letter "D"?

finally....after an entire week of searching, i have found out who cash club vip are. they are actually registered under check equals cash and they are liscensed in michigan. i know maryland state laws prohibits pdl's but my conscious tells me i still need to pay the amount borrowed. after deducting the 180.00 in interest i already paid, this means i still owe them 120.00. what i really need to know, even if the ca they chose happens to be a major a-hole, can i still contact the pdl, through mail of course, and offer a payment agreement?
