I am currently working with GC services in rehabbing my loans. I started this back in January so this months payment will be my 9th month. From what I understood when I spoke to my contact, after the 9th month is paid, my loan has been rehabbed. He mentioned that the status will be changed to Current on my credit reports as if none of this mess ever happened.
I took out four pay day loans this summer to help with some bills, but one of them Eagle Finance goofed up and took the full payment out of my account when I normally pay the finance fee. This caused my checking account to become overdrawn and I defaulted on my Web Payday Loan, my Cash Transfer Central loan, Cash Central and an installment loan from Purpose Loans which is part of Bank of Delaware. I could not get caught up and they kept sending the checks to my bank so I eventually had to get another banking account.
Now they are calling me like 8 or nine times a day.
Does anyone know the following phone number 800-847-9653 they are calling stating we owe money but will not send us anything in writing as far as what the debt intails. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
I have both secured and unsecured debts that are falling and I do mean falling behind I just wanted to know if this program covers secured and unsecured debts
Thanks
Marla
I seem to repeat the debt cycle and need advice on how to get out of it once and for all! Is there a program that can really help? I'm not interested in consol or bankr.
Hello All,
I filed a complaint against FTR Processing with the BBB of Wichita,KS and they recently closed the complaint because the mail they sent to FTR was returned as undeliverable. Does anyone know their current address? It isn't 5700 Broadmoor. That's where the BBB sent the mail. Thank you all in advance.
Just wondering on the track record. I have used it once and it seems the letter is lost..never made it to destination and never scanned. I am going to call the post office today for an update. I have heard another say the exact same thing happened, so now I am wondering if anyone else has used it at all and if so, what was your experience been with it?
Is there any legal precedent that allows, or disallows a collection agency and a law firm to collect the same debt? I suspect the firm, Brachfeld and Associates, were hired by Alliance One, or it's parent company, LVNV.
Thanks in advance.
