Sent 6 e-mails to illegal PDL companies and Revoked them from taking ACH payment from checking account and also filled out stop payments at the bank.Is there anything else that can be done.Can not close account because my SSI payments are setup there.I am a resident of Delaware and these companies need a license to lend in this state and they do not have a license in this state.The companies are My Cash Now,Multisource,Magnum advance,EZ Payday Cash,Plain Green,and Great Plains.In my e-mail told them i would payback the principal.Please let me know if there is anything esle i can do.Thank You

They wanted $213.00 one night I said I coule not till this thursday they saod fine I explanied it needed to be after 2pm they said fine well thye tried at 11 and it boucned now they just want the whole 650.00 today. I asked if i could Pay $90.00 today and the balace on monday annd they said no. I am in Florida...I have three online loans, and was wondering if they are illegal. mycashnow: original loan was for 550.00, and I paid $1,002.77. new loan is 620.00 haven't paid anything yet. plaingreen loans: loan for 1,000, i have paid 760.44 in fees/interest. balance due is still over a thousand. western sky/serviced by cash call: 1,000. have paid close to 400 so far, balance due is still over a thousand. Please help!Are these loans illegal in Florida?

Received a phone call at work from Roxanne and she stated I will be surved a summons within 48 hours at my place of employement for fruad withing FDIC if I did not pay the money owed. I asked her the amount and she said the loan was for $500, but you owe $1100 for back interest and fees. I said what payday company is this with? She said AWTC? I then replied never heard of them and she said it was sold to Loan Point USA.

Is there an address for ACS Incorp. where I can send a cease and desist. Received a nasty email from them today (I have seen the same one sent to others posted in other threads) with lots of threats and attempts to intimidate. Filed a complaint with the FTC. I would like to C&D them, and can do so via email, but would like to send one certified mail (RRR) as well. Can anyone assist?

These people are REALLY starting to get on my nerves. I get collections emails daily, I have sent them 3 ach revocation letters, none of which they acknowledged. Attempts have been made to contact you regarding your account.

I currently have 3 payday loans out. I am also receiving EXTREMELY harrassing phone communication for a payday loan I had out that I haven't been able to pay. The harrassement is coming from a company that was bought the loan from the original creditor of Nation Payday Loan. The company harrassing me is Barry Arrington Law Group. That original loan was for $300. I received calls from a company back in July who told me they were calling about that loan & gave me a settlement offer of $200, which I paid. They gave me a Paid in Full letter.
