And as well the return address on the envelope is from the law firm in Montclair Ca. However the post mark is from Burmingham Alabama.The letter is a demand for payment stateing that this law office is retained to collect this debt for CACH, LLC. Would it be legal For CACH to mail a letter saying it came from a lawyers office and was written by a lawyer?Why would a letter from southern Ca. have a postmark from Alabama? Thanks

Here is the delima I am facing. Hello, I have 5 pdls maybe just 4 because one is from the Bank of Delaware and it is an installment loan. I just need some advice on what to do because I can not make these payments. I've already changed my direct deposit of my paycheck to another bank account. I have not closed the other account yet but I will talk to them tomorrow. I am scared on what to do when they realize they aren't getting my payments. They will try to go through on Friday. How do I handle this?
