I am not sure how to deal with this situation so thought I would share it: I had wireless internet at my old address, I just called the company, set up the account and a guy came out, set it all up and then told me that we were good to surf. Fine. Everything is great until we move. The place we moved too has a horrible reception for the wireless, no matter what I did or where I put it….so we finally called and canceled the service due to not having any service.

Back in August 2006, I got a $500.00 "loan" with FSM Processing. I have had previous loans with the same company and they always automatically start pay downs of $50.00 after the 4/5 refinance. It is now a year later and they have not done any paydowns on my account and it was not until today that I was able to reach someone about this. I believe my "loan" should be paid in full many times over and my debt erased with this company.

I am no longer finding the humor in all this....that being said it turns out the representative from the Internet division that I was waiting to come back on from vacation was just the administrative clerk.

I previously had 6 payday loans (all internet) upon finding this forum I closed my bank account and sent letters of revoke of ach to the companies. The only company who has responed is Khaki Funding (Loanshop) I paid $720 on a $300 loan and I live in South Carolina. They have called 27 times in the last 4 days. I got a phone call today from Robert Foster (1-866-669-3182 ex.3291) who would not state the name of the company he worked for, only that he was working on behalf of Khaki funding.

how do I stop mte from taking $ out of my account??

Anyone ever hear of personal credit services? Im in desperate need of a long term loan and I need to know if this company looks legit and if its even legal in Maryland. Its not a payday loan company. Can someone please respond?

Eastside-loan 600.00 have paid 837.50 NLS-loan 375.00 have paid 340.00 VC Funding-loan 300.00 have paid 540.00 Payday Cash Link loan 300.00 have paid 180.00 ACC-loan 300.00 have paid 405.00 Upfront-loan 250.00 have paid 375.00 Zip Cash-loan 500.00 have paid 450.00 One Click Cash-350.00 took out on 9/6 Hubby & I went to the bank at lunch. Wells Fargo couldn't close the other account until it's at a 0 balance.

The law firm of Wolpoff and Abramson called this morning threatening to put a lien against our home for a debt owed to MBNA. We have never recieved any paperwork from either company or phone calls from MBNA or the law firm up until 3 days ago. The first phone call we recieved was the threat with the lien and being sued. They say I have to put down a good faith amount today and have the balance with 48 hours or we will be served. Since we had no knowledge of this suit or never recieved any paperwork or phone calls from the original company, can they just suddenly serve us with a lien?
